We monitor burglar alarms, fire alarms, and panic alarms, with every signal received at our St. Louis monitoring center located near downtown. Our UL-Certified facility operates 24/7/365, ensuring your property is protected at all times.
Customers may contact our local monitoring station at any time to request test signals and verify that their system is functioning properly. Reports can be delivered regularly by email or sent upon request. Available report types include Alarm Reports, Trouble Reports, and Opening/Closing Reports.
We can also add additional supervision features to your account. These supervisory notifications help you manage your business or home more effectively:
Late to Close: Indicates the business did not close on time and may require attention.
Late to Open: Alerts you that your manager or designated opener has not arrived on schedule.
Early Open: Notifies you when an employee enters the building earlier than authorized or outside of scheduled hours.
