During periods of inactivity, the system enters an Armed State. Any unauthorized person or vehicle entering the property automatically triggers an alert to our Command Center. We will then challenge the intruder through the public address system and escalate to law enforcement as needed.
If an associate or authorized third party needs access during Armed Hours, they must call the Command Center prior to entry. The agent will verify:
Name and identification
Location being accessed
Vehicle information
Expected duration of the visit
This information is logged to prevent future challenges during approved entries.
For every incident detected on your property, a detailed Incident Report will be generated and sent to you for additional evaluation and prevention. Each report includes:
We responded to an alert and discovered a person present, walking onsite and approaching parked vehicles in view of the: Location, Description, Camera Area (Multiple cameras may be used).
A voice challenge over the Public Address System at the location is used to communicate with person(s) at the property. Agents provide identifying details during the challenge so the individual(s) know they are being viewed in real time and recorded. They are instructed to leave the premises immediately to avoid law enforcement intervention.
